I have a paid up vodacom account. vodacom do not want to provide me with a paid up letter nor do they want to submit the correct information to the credit bureau. I wrote to them on several occations without success. I need help

Lodge a dispute with the credit bureau and they will right it off your report if your account with Vodacom is is good order and paid up, as Vodacom has 21 days to respond if your account is not in order.
That is what I did and alas all clear on the bureau side.
