Vodacom airtime not being credited

My recently got R29 airtime from Vodacom. She loaded it and got a confirmation sms that her new balance was R29. But the airtime wasn't credited. Her account reads R0.00. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't want her to lose any more money like this.

Strangely enough, I purchased Vodacom airtime through FNB (over a couple of days) and I'm certain I did not receive all of it. Bought +\- 20 R12 vouchers so was not keeping tabs.

Bro's bb is in for repairs so he kept on bugging me for airtime while he kept 'updated' with his friends on his el'cheapo cellphone. Was from Christmas over to 1 Jan I think...

Turns out my aunt actually had the airtime bought for her through Standard Bank. She got a prepaid voucher today and that worked.
