How does this airtime thing work?
Sorry, I was a contract user for 2 decades before switching to a uChoose Flexi 200 plan earlier this year.

On this uChoose I'd get R200 airtime.
I'd convert R149 to 1GB data for the month.
Data left over would roll over, etc, and remaining airtime would accumulate to the following month. All was good.

I hardly makes calls. However, couple of months ago a made a ton of calls and had to buy more airtime.

But now I find myself buying more airtime during the month without doing anything.

For example, last week, on leave, airtime runs out, I hop on to banking app and purchase R110 airtime.
I take a 4U deal @ R79 for 1GB for 7 days.
This leaves R31 airtime on my account.
I make not calls, I send no SMSes, I have 1GB of data to use.
However, my airtime reduces daily.

Is this how it works? The airtime is valid for a certain time and reduces accordingly whether you use it or not?
I am fine with airtime lasting a certain amount of time (30 days or whatever), but this auto-reducing thing doesn't seem right to me.

Does airtime get used on inbound calls?

Last Thursday I tried it again. Bought R110, took 1GB @ R79, had R31 left, used wifi at office and work, made no calls, no SMS and as of this time I have 38c of airtime left with 912MB still usable.
