Vodacom All Day Per Second

Can anyone shed some light on the Vodacom "All Day Per Second package" for me?
Are you charged per second billing from the first second or do you pay for the first minute and then per second billing thereafter?

I also noticed to contradicting pages on Vodacom's site:

The first page notes that smses are charged at 50c peak and off-peak. The table in the second page infers that smes are charged at 35c off-peak 80c peak. Which one is it?

According to 1187 infoline it's charged at per second on the first minute & does not change. Smses are charged at 50c during peak, off peak, & weekends

It's per second from the first second.
