Also, as far as the mechamisms are concerned, it only works if VDC implements it. I use my modems in a router and that prevents me from seeing any balance notifications (don't even know if it is being sent - doubt it). Last night I went OOB and it is quite annoying to pay the inflated prices for data when the cheaper data cap is reached. I was told by your customer care that the notifications can be routed to my handset and I welcomed this, but it was never implemented. This happened last year sometime already. Would you kindly assist?
And while on the topic... You do realise that if you allow a hard cap on the normal data contracts, that you and Jola won't be having this argument? (Jola to confirm/deny). So perhaps this is something ro be implemented and if so, do you have an ETA for this?
