Vodacom and vodacom4me website

- does that 'modify services' feature on the site EVER work???? It always gives me errors...
 
Ok, I went into the vodacom4me website, put my login detail, and when I clicked login this is the message I got:

The proxy server is refusing connections

Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.

* Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.

* Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is
working.
 
This is what I get when attempting to 'modify services' :

We are currently experiencing problems servicing your request.

Please try again later or log your error with our Web team.

Using Firefox 3.5.1 under Kubuntu 9.04

That is your firewall refusing the connection - not VC

Using Firefox 3.5.1 under Kubuntu 9.04

It is a major pain - I think I've managed to use it 3 times in the last year - all other times it gives me that error.
 
Well waddaya know - I managed to deactivate my DB and SMS bundles this morning - whew what amission - trying since last week.
 
Morning guys

Change request was sent through this morning for the fix on the 4me site when modifying services i,e adding and removing.
