I hope I can get some help here.
Over xmas on the 24th and 25th December I apparently sent over 60 sms's (the same sms) to a friend in the UK and another friend here in SA 53 times.
I have been trying to sort out my bill which is normally under R300 now R700.00.
I was told that their systems are all fine and its my phone. I have had my phone checked by a Vodacom Service center as they has requested and they confirm my phone is 100%.
They say I must still pay.
Where do I stand as I know that I cannot and wont ever send over 110 sms to just 2 friends.
Did any one else have this issue and what are my steps from here?
