Vodacom - Billing problems

I need a tripple heartbypass after all these calls to VC's 082 1946 dept!! :sick:
I have 4 accounts with VC, 3 voice & 1 data. I opened a new bank account and had my debit order changed to the new account....guess what, they never changed it and my debit order was rejected! So I stayed calm and paid the money over with an EFT. I also sent a fax on their request how to allocate the money to all 4 accounts. You guessed it! Some dumb sh1te allocated all the money to one account. I phoned again and they asked me to pay in more money as my other 3 accounts will be disconnected, which I refused. I have 3 accounts with debits on them and the 4th account has a moerse credit! They cant/wont move the money to the other 3 accounts. I mean who is responsible, me or the dumb sh1te that just allocated the money incorrectly? Oh and when I phoned today to make sure my bank details have changed, they still havent changed it!!! OMW, what a bunch of w@nkers! I am actually surprised that VC doesnt lose many more clients due to similar problems. Does anyone know of a complaints department where I can speak to the chief in charge and give them some names of all the dumba$$es I spoke to so they can get the sack! Im so sick and tired of dealing with petty issues like this, its my 2nd run-in with VC regarding billing this year. And this is the story of South Africa....no wonder everything here is in such a state of affairs!:sick:
