Vodacom BIS down again

BIS still down on my side must be this Business Core Router that is effecting all of us :( where is the redundancy or having spare routers in case this happens, its freaking ridiculous :(

3 hours of down time, must mean one thing Vodacom ain't interested how many millions they loose today :P
 
Hmmm just checked a number of Phones on MTN and Vodacom and MTN BES is working. If you are on vodacom and are not subscribed to BES or BIS then data seems to be working fine. I therefore suspect that that the problem might be related to the blackberry portion of the vodacom data network.

my last e mail was at 4.21am, and my BIS hasnt been up since!! very frustrating
 
they better hurry quickly or else I am moving over to another network - this is freaking madness, they could of at least had down time while i was sleeping and not noticing anything by me notiching things is not a good sign.... I am freaking frustrated without any BIS - i cannot do BBM, twitter, facebook, email etc ;(

I've had mine since May this year and for the first few months, it was great. However the past 3 weeks have been awful ... I wouldn't quite say more down than up - but I can tell it's been HOURS per day. For 2 straight days I had just about nothing. Vodacom data was down too during that period too - so of the three services, I had voice only
 
Dolby- fully agree with you. Last two weeks for me has been awful. Every now and then it goes to GSM for a while then BIS then GSM-VERY FRUSTRATING! Anyways still no BIS (VC, JHB) life is just not the same. Its just hitting me, I have an addiction!

yip, mine is still down as at 11:57am, absolutely shocking!! Vodacom sort your bubble gum and sticky tape out!
 
BIS is down for me too. I checked at home in Edenvale and at work in Pretoria, no joy. Hope it comes back soon, it's my only connection to my husband who works overseas.
