Vodacom black friday 2023

What's the diff between vodacom and vodacom4u.. Would I still phone the same numbers for support and so forth?
 
If I upgrade my current 300G contract, which ends at the end of the month, to one of the home Internet deals, how will it work?

Does the new contract only start on December 1st or does it start immediately?

It is designed to be a "fixed service", though it is not geo locked. It cannot be used in a mobile device such as a phone or mifi router. Here is the list.

Starts immediately as far as I know once your receive your upgrade
 
@Ockie Thinking of getting the 100mbps Home internet deal @ R499 as a backup service for when the fiber line goes down... can I ask if it is tower locked - we usually go on holiday in December and would love to have internet at holiday home.

So, Vodashop could not upgrade my 300Gig contract because I have already canceled it.

I think I'm going to wait until the end of the month and just get a new contract. It's a bit risky, but I'm sure we will still get good deals later. It also gives me a chance to see what MTN has. I am actually looking for something I can share the data with others.

Please when you get a contract with data share please share here , currently on telkom 180Gb day and 180 gb night but not enough and plus telkom network sucks sometime but only on it cause I have 3 Sims linked to it looking for an alternative network with more data
