Vodacom Blackberry problems resolved

Ummm . . . I was still having problems an hour ago.
 
the 155 call centre is so poor - they never know when there are technical problems.
Change to BES if you can, you still use BIS a little, but its much better
 
So what they are saying is that BiS goes through its own service provider and not the regular Vodacom one ?
 
I'm on MTN, I had the same problems on tuesday night (when blackberry service went out across Europe and Africa) but by the next morning it was back to normal and have had no problems since.
