Vodacom blocking website?

I have a client who registered on a website when she was living in Australia (eharmony.com.au) and now that she is back in South Africa, using her vodacom 3G card she can't access the website. She can get to it via a proxy and other ISPs can access it perfectly. Is there any way to get it unblocked or to find out why it is being blocked?

Vodacom blocked tagged.com some time ago but going through their VPN APN I got round that.

I can open www.tagged.com using "internet" APN using IE8 or Firefox. Problem not with Vodacom try another one.

I tried with the client's 3G card as well as on my laptop with my cellphone. Different OS' and browsers, the only thing in common was vodacom. When I connect my laptop to my ADSL or iBurst the site loads perfectly.

If you drop the .au it takes you to a different site, same company but different sites.
