VODACOM BROADBAND CONTRACT CANCELLATION

I am not succeeding in cancelling my broadband connect wireless lite solution id 1-12794987540. In August 2017 I initiated processes to have this contract cancelled on its expiry date [October 2017], to date the contract is still active, my interaction with Vodacom cancellation division on the 03 January 2018, [REF NO. S4-VZV2Q-QT43F] assured me that the contract shall be terminated and the billing in areas reversed.

I am inundated with calls and sms's demanding that I pay for the disputed contract, I feel that I complied with processes to have the contract terminated.
 
Take them to court for emotional distress
