Vodacom Congo shareholder dispute

The price of doing business in the congo...

This much today, next year it's oops, but we need more, doesn't matter what we agreed to.

Vodacom lawyers should either get them back in line, or if the courts disagree, the company should cut their losses and move on. Teach them a lesson in sticking to agreements.

Legal ??????

HOW can you talk about "Legal" in the Congo -- or Zimbabwe ????

The ruling party politicians just completely ignore the courts.

It is the rule of the biggest bully with the biggest gun.

Straight-Forward financial blackmail.

WHY can they NOT walk away -- because there are a whole bunch of other rip-off artists waiting in the wings.

Who understand bully boy tactics and are quite ready to take over any infrastructure.

AG shame VC -- between a rock and a hard place -- all your SA BEE claptrap is not going to help you one little bit in the REAL World of Africa.
