Vodacom Corporate - APN setup assistance

Can somebody point me in the right direction ito getting a corporate APN setup ?

My Vodacom account rep cant even get the initial meeting right with Vodacom data reps !

Anybody have any experience with this ? points to watch out for ? suggestions etc ?

Any help would greatly be appreciated !
 
Firstly - expect this to take months. Our most recent APN took almost 6 months from order to go line.

You may also want to consider going through a system integration company for this. The are a number of back-end required for an APN and Vodacom will just expect you to have them.

As OC suggested it would be advisable to go via the 0821940 number so that a call can be logged to the correct guys for assistance.

Let me know if you already called and need further assistance perhaps

I have an account manager with Vodacom Corporate who has been setting up meetings and then cancelling and they just never happen. I was under the impression that they were equipped to handle our needs ?

I stumbled across this thread. The people you need to contact is Vodacom Business. You will need to get an APN and a VRF and inform them where they need to point this to. Thus give your server address or instruct them where to direct the communication.
