Vodacom Coverage Map Out of Date?

I am trying to see where my home location fits into the Vodacom map and its not even on there! I know that I can get 3G 8 km down the road and thats not on the map either.

I am trying to find out when if ever Vodacom will upgrade my closest tower to 3G. I also would like to know who I can contact about this?
