Vodacom customer needs advice

Hi Guys

What I currently have:
Family of 4, monthly bill, all 4 numbers on uChoose 350.
At home we have ADSL Wifi.

Wife and daughter have been slow to manage their R350 and more often than not blown their R350 on out of bundle data prices while roaming as they forget to check and more recently we are not receiving sms alerts either when the data is low.
Son and I are doing fine with the R350 plan, so much so that I have over R700 being carried forward that I cannot foresee using in the current month.

I tried in vain to transfer airtime or data from my number to one of the girls, according to Vodacom you may not do this with the uChoose product which sort of doesn't make sense on this supposed flexible product.

Anyway, what plan could I "choose" that would give the R350 but still be able to transfer data or airtime to one or more of the other 3 numbers on my account.

On contract/top up you can only transfer funds that you have added over and above the monthly "recharge". Added to this, with vodacom you can't transfer 100% of YOUR money that YOU added. I thinks its 90%.
