Vodacom data vs prepaid LTE data

Vodacom prepaid data is a lot cheaper on their prepaid LTE (https://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/shopping/plans/prepaid-plans).

Is is possible to use the LTE plan SIM in a dual SIM phone to get cheaper prepaid data than regular data bundles (which are 3x the price)?

(Sim cards issued for "Fixed LTE" subscriptions could be a hiccup - but maybe not?)
