Vodacom Derogatory Message

OP: if you do open a case, I would be curious to know what charges are brought against the offending party, if any. It sets an interesting precedent and I would suggest people not communicate to their significant others via SMS for fear of sending to the wrong number and having a charge brought up against you, if this is the case.

I would agree whole-heartedly to the case being opened if this was harassment and constant, but it seems to be a prank, probably pulled by some drunk 16 year olds who happened to come across an estate agent's public details. But then again, it is your mother and you can never be too safe, I suppose.
