Vodacom does not want business

On Wednesday, i filled out a application form to take out a contract with Vodacom, my current cellphone on prepaid has broken. The sales rep told us to wait half a hour it should be processed... we waited, a hour goes by we were told to call in tomorrow. He was told there was a problem with my land line number, but my credit record has checked out fine, (what my land line has to do with it i have no idea) Thursday, Friday i phoned still no answer on the contract and its now Saturday. I phone and was told that my account is being processed will phone me back in five mins, 2 hours later and guess what??? no phone call, i then phone again and he said he tried my cellphone, i then reminded him mine is broken thats why i need a cellphone!!! I guess my landline was not a option for them to call me..."vodacom is offline again" he said. Well after four days to get a contract, what was told by me was going to take "half a hour", i politely said Vodacom can shove it. Really Vodacom do you not want more business???
