Vodacom don't release MMSC in port

Since I ported from Vodacom to Virgin I have been unable to send or receive MMS' from Vodacom. I thought it was a Virgin fault, but my brother now moved from Vodacom to MtN and he has the same problem.

Has anyone else had this problem? I've phoned customer care so many times and been to walk-in centres and vodashops but still no luck

Just to make sure:

1) You ported to Virgin (and MTN) from a Vodacom number.

2) Can you send MMS's to Virgin (on Virgin) and to MTN MMS's (from ported MTN number)?

3) Can you send Vodacom to Virgin (and MTN)?

4) Can you send Virgin (and MTN) to Vodacom?

I can send and receive on both numbers to any number that is not on Vodacom.

I can't send and receive on both numbers to any number that is on Vodacom.

So 1 and 2 yes. 3 and 4 no.
