For the last week or two I am only receiving emails in batches - sometimes only every other day. Even if I send myself a 'test message' this is only usually received back the following day. I have raised this with Vodacom using HelloPeter and yesterday received an SMS saying they had closed the 'ticket' I raised last week yet I am still only receiving emails intermittently. Does anyone else have a similar problem?
 
Do yourself a favour and move to a real email service..

Vodacom has no vested interest in their so called mail service, so it's no surprise they are closing tickets on issues that are unresolved..
 
Problem is that I've been using it for around thirty years and have contacts all around the world who I would have to notify. I really think the Vodacom service stinks !
