Vodacom Email2SMS - Error

On sending an email to @voda.co.za, I got a reply email saying I need to register by going to the following address https://www.email2sms.vodacom.co.za/vodacomSmsEmailService/Register.do

A get an Apache error. Not very helpfull

HTTP Status 503 - Servlet action is currently unavailable
