Vodacom Exchange

Hi All

Don't know if this is in the right place, but anyway.

Simple question, I got a certain new smartphone this Sunday at a nearby Vodacom outlet(on contract upgrade). Now if I'm not happy with the phone(NOT due to hardware failure or anything like that) will vodacom allow me to exchange the phone for something else?

I'm Unhappy with the short battery life(not hardware, checked it on the web), as well as the ease of typing.
It's only 2 days since I got it, obviously there is not a scratch on it..

This will be up to the discretion of the store...but normally...no. We will not take a phone back because you changed your mind. That phone is now second hand and we are not allowed to sell second hand stores in Vodacom Shops, Chatz Connect or 4U franchises. As there is nothing wrong with the phone...a OBF request will be rejected.

Speak to the store about it...but dont get your hopes up.

battery life is generally very bad at the beginning, it gets better, unless its a BB9900.
