Fibre was installed in November last year, @ The Sandown, Cape Town.
They've been billing monthly since the installation however no actual fibre. The CPE box is in and everything however nothings working. The issue seems to be the line that's provided to the complex, after four months they keep sending an installer for the complaints.
At the moment numerous people in the complex are having the same issue.
ICASA is trying to get a credit note issued for the billings, however, nothing to actually fix the service.
What else can one do?
