VODACOM FIBRE

hi,

so vodacom was putting fibre in our area, they finished about 2 weeks ago, i got my line install last week monday, and they have yet to activate my line. starting to get antsy, lucky mweb needs a months notice to cancel my adsl or i would he sht out of luck.

I have heard that Vodacom fibre is now available in one of the suburbs in my little town. What will be the easiest way to find out if they will be covering other suburbs or not?

i would rate vodacom 5 out 10 for service, they install the fiber line really fast, they messed up the installation in my house by not splitting the cable which fell out when the second installer came to check what was wrong with my fiber, after he fixed that probably the line, i called in to get my line activated as was update and running when i called in. so the main problem with telkom is that the management dont return your phone calls and the technicians my F UP the job, other than that the line seems to be good.
