Vodacom fleecing me!

I would like to know why is it that vodacom still charged me out of bundle rates whereas there was a bundle service which was active at the time, now I am sitting with a 3.6k bill instead of R450 that I signed up for?

Even last month I had to lodge a dispute to get them to cancel out some of the amount, why am I being treated like this! AFter 11 years of using vodacom and this is how they 'thank' me... Why Vodacom why!??! (*&^*%*&%&T off maaaan!)

What can I do to punish this incompetence?

Same thing happened with a colleague of mine, they charged him well over R1500 on his R350 subscription for about two months. They eventually reversed him but still claim that he owes them over R600. WTF!

Report it on Hellopeter or contact the Vodacom rep here.

I hate contracts, because of the OOB shark.

Good luck in getting a refund.

No need to any more.... I am with cellc and telkom.... And happy. So cheers mrs 007. I am sure vodacom will be glad to see there are so many suckers out there.

Back to your problem..... It is sad. And i am sorry that they stole your money. I have lost that battle already. Pay up and leave.
