vodacom, i think stick to voice calls and leave the data to the BIG, experienced guys like Sentech, MTN & TELKOM

And Vodacom CEO(mr. A-N-C), dont try to sue me for this article, because i'll back sue u for all the data loss, time loss and cracked screens that were broken in utter frustration over believing your broken promises that u can deliver stable, fast data.

I doubt anyone will try and sue you, so don't worry about that. So how many screens did you loose in total?

But seriously: Where are you located? I read all these posts about the k@k GPRS and 3G service, and unrelated also iBurst. I use all three, and I have had my downs, but very seldom. Maybe I am just lucky with my wireless internet? Dunno

Agreed. Its not as bad as people make it out to be (3g i mean). used cellc prepaid gprs (edge) before and that also worked better than fine. no opinion on vodacom service tho... my 3g is ok, not great, but definately not horrible.
