Vodacom GPRS support is dismal

GPRS has been quite slow all week especially today! I called 155 and heard a recorded announcement confirming a problem. The guy whe answered says he doesnt support GPRS, doesnt know of any problems and the line to those who might know is busy! Do they really expect me to part with nearly 3000 to upgrade to HSPDA if they cant get even get GPRS right?

How do you actually know you're using EDGE and not GPRS on your phone? (if you don't have netmonitor)

Agree, but your feedback on the technical issue is as important.

If your connection was working fine, you would not be calling the call desk in the first place. Unless you're a masochist!
