Vodacom gripes

As mentioned previously, I had ADSL until about 10 months ago when I moved to a place without a phone line and took the 3G. There's 2 gripes I have presently, both with bold on/additional data :

a) Pricing : Why is the bolt on/additional data so expensive to add on?

b) Process : Can't you make it easier to do?

I loved MWEBs 1GB cap as they would cut me off at 1GB with my page stating 'you are cut off -click here to add more!'- I'd click a few times and be up and running with an additional 1GB at R99 within 5 minutes. There were never issues.

Isn't there some other system you could implement? Perhaps a large link of the from of V4me that would take us directly to where we could buy? And perhaps do something with the delay somehow? :/

Myself - and many others - rather just stop using our 3G at our caps because of the mission of adding more data.
