Vodacom Group board changes
Vodacom Group announced several changes to its board of directors, including its chairperson, Saki Macozoma, stepping down after serving for the maximum tenure of 10 years.
The telecoms giant said that Khumo Shuenyane, who currently serves as the board's lead independent director, would succeed Macozoma, effective from 21 July 2027.
