Ok so I made a mistake, I purchased a bundle of R189 data and by mistake entered one digit wrong at the end.
I called VodaSCUM and they refuse to reverse it.

FFS I hate the way things work in this place. :mad:
You make a mistake and they could care less
 
You expect customer service? From a cellphone company? You must be mad! :(
Funny how these things are so simple to sort out when dealing with small companies, but as soon as they're raking in millions then they just don't give a s**t.
 
You seem to be one of those people who blames everybody else for your own mistakes.

I see my post to her highness was deleted.
How could the other number use the data? I called vodacom one second after it happenedm

Why not send a message to the other number and say it was an error and give me back the data?
Oh right because its too much hard work
 
I know I am clearly in the wrong but all I asked for was some CUSTOMER SERVICE. You cannot tell me vodacom could not assist me.
Its more a case of we don't want to bother
 
The phrase "the customer is king" is long forgotten in the service industry.

I keep having to remind colleagues that our salaries are paid by our customers.
 
You normally get prompted to confirm your cellphone number when you purchase data (or airtime) so, you entered the wrong number twice or you didn't bother to check if the number was correct.

Who is at fault here?
