Funny how these things are so simple to sort out when dealing with small companies, but as soon as they're raking in millions then they just don't give a s**t.
very true. Small companies couldn't wait to bend over backwards to help you. But the big companies like Telkom + Nancy Vodacom doesn't give a rats ass about their customers.
Too bad the government is backing them or else I would've had hopes of them actually losing customers.
I still feel there is a place for consumer awareness campaigns where people make the public know about the scandals regarding Vodacon and Telscum.
