Vodacom Group is reportedly in discussions with South Africa's media and internet firm Naspers over access to its television content.

Streaming content over mobile at current Vodacom rates is a really monumentally stupid idea.

MWEB will be quite bummed if they have to pay 50c per minute to Telkom to complain about the 6c tariff.

I had a feeling of whimsy come over me but imagined AKC phoning to complain about the soft handover issue and VC management throwing in the towel eventually after having calls drop the whole time; or MWEB realizing the error of their ways when their VoIP traffic starts getting throttled

by red I assume you mean wine and not some special corporate koolade that staff are support to drink
but more to the topic I am not understanding what is actually in mind here beyond what already exists with DStv mobile - I understand the parties being "in talks" but the article reads like it was written before the introduction of the drifta
