Well my upgrade has been processed and my pay-in has been made (yesterday allready), now I'm waiting for the back-orders to clear so hopefully they received enough 32gb's to fullfill my order!

Yesterday V Direct told me not to upgrade as they were told not to upgrade to 32GB.

My application is awaiting approval at M at the moment and I should have the 4 32GB by Saturday.
