Vodacom is a joke

I have a contract with vodacom (mobile) and i get airtime sent to me on a month to month basis, i hardly use the andriod phone as i have another phone i use more, the extra contract is for me to have the airtime in case of emergencies any way i will use the phone to buy daily airtime or daily data in case my other one runs out, for example i will load a daily data bundle of say about 50mb, i will use maybe half as i have connectivity at my office, home, clients, or free data at malls.

So my argument or concern is that i will buy a data bundle of R5 or R27 and the next day the airtime that was loaded will disappear with no warning or anything at all my entire R120 would be gone what is going on ??
I turn off my mobile data and this still happens, i have put the SIM into my other phone and the same thing happens.
Is there a resolution or some advise that can solve this ( Besides canceling )

I've haven't had issues since switching from post- to pre-paid. Every time I called, they'd tell me I may have inadvertently subscribed. How? I tested their hypothesis. It collapsed within a week.

I moved to pre-paid permanently and never had the issue again. I have since relegated them to a secondary number status.

You are likely subscribed to a WASP (there is a ussd code to check) or via Vodacom vlive platform (have to sign in on website to cancel any subscriptions on that I think).
