Vodacom keep billing after cancellation

We have phoned every month since we requested cancellation, every agent we speak to assures I will not be debited again.

Yet 3 months on, no change, email to icasa went ignored.

What can I do
 
Just reverse the debit order with your bank. Simple.
 
I have the same problem - I've been phoning weekly and they keep promising to fix it but instead it increases each time - was R323, then R353.60, now R629!
