I just want to find out if anyone can help me.

Our company has cancelled our business fiber for more than a year, but every month they keep charging us. We keep paying it and they keep telling us that it has been cancelled and that they will refund us and but every month the same thing happens. So in December we decided to stop paying for the fiber that has been cancelled and had been confirmed multiple times by vodacom.

Now they have suspended all our office cell phones. Which on the 3rd of Jan 2020 Denise whitehead from vodacom indicated they would unlock and even after multiple emails, calls and Denise confirming on three occasions that they would unsuspended the service, still nothing.

It’s crazy the amount of time and money that has been wasted because of their poor business customer service. They still have the cheek to charge us for Jan for our contracts data and minutes even though they have been suspended.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These are the people we have contact and have told us that they will sort it out:

If in JHB, rock up at VodaWorld and find the right office building and make a fuss?

I am in CT, But someone already tried the Vodacom Regional Head Office in Cape Town. They just gave us more fack promisses.
