Has anyone line speed been increased? I am still on the same speed and the call center insist I am on the new faster line speed.

Post a screenshot of a speedtest Could be your router (Router could be capped at 100Mbps due to its hardware) Could be the ethernet cable you using (CAT 5 which is capped at 100Mbps)
