That basically means the network does not know about you as a MMS user.

You need to do the following in this sequence:

1) Set up your MMS settings on the phone.
2) Send a MMS so the network will know you exists as a MMS user.
3) Now you can receive a MMS.

Have you tried to download the MMS setting from 4me? Not sure if Omnia setting are there?
