Hi, I own a Huawei Modem E 220 and want to use it in Germany. is this modem free for any SIM-card or SIM and NET locked? The IMEI is 358191013936054

If you bought it from Vodacom in South Africa then it won't be network locked.

Easy to check. Insert SIM from other network provider and see if works.
