Billions in profits - greedy or fair?
It's all a question of scale.
If you have a business worth R5 million you would expect R500 000 profit per year.
If your business is worth R150 billion (like MTN) you would expect the same return on that value ( In 2006 it was R12 billion, which is R22 profit per customer per month).
Else we may all just as well buy a Nandos franchise.
PS. These are MTN Group figures, before the quick-draw activists start moaning about my maths.
