vodacom network

for the past couple of weeks been having a ****ty experience with vodacoms network, the call shows connected but can't hear the person on the other line and vice versa
sometimes can't pick up any network at all, don't know if it's my phone (bb bold) or what... anybody with similar problems????

Same here. I phone a number then there is a 20 second silence. Then my phone goes beep, and shows "call dropped".

Another thing is I phone a vodacom number and I get "The subscriber you have dialed is not available at the moment..." bla bla bla. I hang up and phone again then it goes through perfectly.

Another thing I phone my wife and we talk for a few seconds then neither of us can hear each other any more. I hang up and dail again and the call is perfect. So no "bad signal area" bs, same area, almost exactly the same time.

Vodacrap is just that, crap.

You're very quick to knock Vodacom though...

Have had the same experience. Phone and the line is dead. put down and try again and it works. On vodacom aswell with a 5800xm.
