I've been trying from January to get this sorted/get answered, when I first discovered it.
My airtime are only valid for 1 month. Meaning, airtime allocated on 1 February expires on 1 March.
This is different from how it worked in the past, where airtime was valid for more than a month. And yes, the latest allocations got used first.
Reason I discovered it, is simply that some months I might use my phone more than normal. But with the rollover, I would still be OK.
I've logged multiple calls with Vodacom, with the calls just being closed. The last call ref was EC-1RV3-2258EG.

I'm not sure if I'm getting this co incidentally on the last day of my contract, but I've gotten this message twice and opted out twice with no response or confirmation:

Also the R200 odd airtime I still had left has disappeared

This just kicked in on one of our phones this morning. No warning - bundle expried at midnight. Auto refilled at 0:29 gobbling airtime.

There was no SMS notification like the above. Seems a new trick?

No message when trying to opt out either. Sharks.

If I may ask, why not opt for another service provider? Are you locked-in by a contact maybe?

Run away from Vodacom, you don't need this. Find another service provider who will give you value for money.

I'm stuck on a contract. Still 18 months left.
