Vodacom why is it that I have to complete a credit application for a prepaid service like dstv select. I think it is not correct. When I took dstv years ago directly from multichoice I just made a simple phonecall provided some details and magic I was connected.
Now I am busy converting to a vodacom dstv select package and now I need to provide 3 bank statements proof of income and the worst of all no mention of this requirement (which I think is not called for for an essential prepaid service) which meant I had to go back home get all the info and return to the shops again (for something I used to be able to do over the phone)
No stupid vodacom likes to know everything about you (a simple id should have given them enough of a creditcheck if they really wanted to know if I can pay R139,00 for a prepaid service
