Good shot at bull**** there. In 1994 they barely managed to push 12.4kbps across the spectrum. A bit later they managed to do HSCSD that managed 43kbps. Then came the era of packet switching and they managed 56kbps <- still on the same spectrum. I am not here to give a lesson in history but we now have the ability to do near Fast-Ethernet speeds on nature's precious spectrum.

Quit weaseling, give us uncapped.
