Vodacom problems

Can anybody help me on how can I get a stable signal from Vodacom. I already put 2 high gain atennas up pointing on 2 differant towers. Vodacom said they have problems in our area with the signal. Vodacom Data send my request through to the technical department. After 2 weeks still no feedback from Vodacom. The areals cost me R 2600-00. I upgraded on Vodacoms advice to a k3715 modem on a 2 gig package. This also a problem. My upgrade said Advanced 2 gig top up Monthly payment would be R449-00. Account says it is only a 2 gig advance with monthly payment R599-00. Proof of upgrade already send to Vodacom several times. I'm very very disappointed with Vodacom. They have al these nice advertisements on TV but in reality they DON'T CARE. All I want is a stable signal Is this asked to much I PAY FOR A STABLE SIGNAL . Maybe my payments must be as the Vodacom signal I receive

Yes ENOS did contact me. He asked me what the problem was and I explained it to him. He said he will phone me within 1 hour and he did. He said to me that they busy looking at the 3 towers in the area 1:Majuba Power Station 2)Amersfoort ( On road to ermelo just out of Amersfoort) and 3) Bergvliet tower. He said to me that they busy looking into which tower will be upgraded. I said to him not only me but a lot of Vodacom supporters in town will be happy. I was happy with the quick response on the calls. He said to me that he will phone me again the following day to inform me what is happening. I never heard of him again. So I honestly don't know what upgrades is to be done or on what tower. All I know the internet is very very slow on the Amersfoort tower were my High Gain antenna is connected to. Thanks for your help it is appreciated. As I said not by only me but a lot of people in town. Regards

Enos did contact me on Friday. In Margate this weekend. Will check signal on Monday and give feedback. Thanks a lot from all Vodacom internet users in Amersfoort. Thanks again Hans
