Vodacom Quotation Password

Hello

A friend of mine got a upgrade quotation for her contract at Vodacom but the PDF is protected by a password. She contacted Vodacom again asking for the password and they replied with the same mail but still no password.

Vodacom Rep could you please assist with this as its dreadful getting through to your call center.
