Vodacom Roaming Data bundle issues

I recently tried on the my vodacom app to add a 1GB data roaming bundle but it keeps giving a error stating that I already have recurring bundles which I do not.
And I have spoken with Vodacom and they still do not have a fix for this.

Anyone have this issue or had this issue before?

I have just used this roaming option in the UK and Canada. Worked like a charm, exactly as specified.

A friend of mine is in the States. He was in a some small town somewhere with 3 friends when the rugby was on. He bought 5 GByte for R350 of this roaming data and they streamed the rugby. He says it was real value for money.
