Vodacom seeks amendment to Please Call Me judgement

Vodacom has taken a new stance on the Please Call Me judgement made by Justice Kollapen on 1 July 2020, according to a report by The Star.

Kollapen ordered that Vodacom must provide Nkosana Makate with past financial documents that could help him calculate how much he believes he is owed for the Please Call Me idea.

It is Vodacoms sly way to bleeding him dry so any money they do pay out at the end goes to the lucky lawyer.

The lawyer ALWAYS gets paid, never mind the outcome.

Typical tactic of big corporates with a lot of money. Drag it out so that the costs becomes unbearable for the complaining party.

Our politicians does the same (with our taxpayer money).
